Muhammad A. Shabazz (pictured) was last seen around 5:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South 17th Street. He is 5'7", 165 lbs., bald and has brown eyes. He was wearing jeans, a blue short-sleeve shirt with an orange pattern, black and white sneakers and a black baseball cap.
